Brussel sprouts, slow roasted onions & roasted hazelnuts.

Cauliflower cheese with lardons & crayfish tails.

Pigs in blankets.

Rolled turkey breast with rosemary infused roast potatoes

Hot smoked salmon with crushed new pots.

Beetroot, butternut squash and caramelised onion.

Herb & garlic infused roast potatoes.

Crayfish and avocado salad with Marie rose dressing.

Duck & pistachio terrine with cranberry and port.

Mains

Rolled turkey crown

Sirloin of beef

Honey & garlic baked salmon.

Chestnut, butternut squash, beetroot wellington.

Mains will be served with all the trimmings.  Roast potatoes, buttered greens, braised carrots, pigs in blankets, cauliflower cheese with gravy & condiments.

Dessert

Mixed berry trifle.

Pudding for Christmas with brandy sauce.
